I’ve worked as a chef in Japan and abroad for many years. After exploring global flavors in NYC, I now teach cooking classes in Tokyo, especially ‘Roll your own sushi’

I would love to welcome guests from all over the world and share the food and stories of my culinary journey.

I will carefully guide you through every step of the process, from preparing the ingredients to making rolled sushi.

About the Class

It takes about 2 hours.

Step1

 Preparation

 - Making Egg omelette
 - Preparing sushi vinegar
 - Preparing sushi rice

Step2

 Making sushi by spreading the rice on a sheet of nori seaweed, placing the ingredients on top and rolling it up.

 Cutting and Plating sushi
